What it is
Leaders Unbound brings together a small group of experienced coaches and facilitators, each chosen for the calibre of their work, not just their availability. We work with organisations roughly one hundred to two thousand people in size, where leadership development matters but the budget and bureaucracy of the big consultancies don't fit.
You get senior, considered work. You pay a fair rate for for excellence in coaching and tailored delivery.
Who it's for
HR and L&D leaders who want a trusted partner for leadership coaching, team facilitation or culture work, without building a roster of freelancers themselves or signing a multi-year consultancy contract.
